1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your attendance at and purchase of tickets for Floating Man Festival (“the Festival”), organised by Floating Man Festival (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Festival you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where the Festival is cancelled by us.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise on your ticket.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to present a valid ticket.
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Keep your ticket secure.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Cancellation & changes

In the event the Festival is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure), we will endeavour to offer a credit or partial refund. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, lineup, and schedule without notice. No refunds will be issued for changes to individual artists or events within the Festival.

4. Conduct on site

• All attendees must follow the instructions of Festival staff and security at all times.
• Aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. We work with local authorities and reserve the right to search attendees.
• Glass bottles, weapons, and unauthorised drones are not permitted on site.
• Please respect the natural environment — the Danube riverfront and surrounding land must be left clean.

5. Photography & recording

By attending the Festival you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in Festival media, please inform our staff on site. Commercial photography and recording require prior written approval from us.

6. Liability

We take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all attendees. However, attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the Festival, except where caused by our negligence.

We strongly recommend that all attendees obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Floating Man Festival and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Serbian courts.
