Floating Man Festival (“we”, “us”, “our”) organises the annual Floating Man Festival held in Apatin, Serbia. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

• Contact forms — name, email address, and any message you submit via the contact, press, volunteer, partner, or artist submission forms.
• Ticket purchases — name, email address, and payment details processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
• Cookies — we use a single consent cookie to remember your cookie preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or application.
• To process your ticket purchase and send booking confirmation.
• To send festival updates if you have opted in.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
• Email providers — to deliver transactional emails such as booking confirmations.

We retain form submissions and ticket records for up to 3 years for operational and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).
